Creperie with terrace and garden offering a menu of galettes with original and traditional products.

Founded in 1975, l'Hermine has been awarded the Maître Restaurateur label since 2010, proof of the quality of its pancakes and galettes, a blend of Breton and world cuisine. It delights the taste buds and offers beautiful moments with its beautiful heated and sheltered terrace opening on a garden with trees. Laetitia and Gael Hamon, in love with their job, have taken over this family business. On the menu, pure buckwheat pancakes, made with Label Rouge Guérande salt and filled with original and traditional products. The prices are not very high with a nice diversity.

Rarement vu un établissement de restauration aussi clean, accueillis par la patronne, femme souriante avec de la classe, une brigade de serveurs et serveuses impeccablement habillés avec une tenue professionnelle, d'une grande serviabilité et d'une prestance digne d'un 5 étoiles. Un lieu de caractère parfaitement entretenu dans un cadre magnifique. Rien à redire sur les produits proposés à la carte (prix raisonnables) et servi avec l'apéro, une assiette d'amuses gueule (devenu rare) dont de la rillette de maquereau au poivre maison (quel régal). Pour résumer, aucune fausse note. Vraiment bravo et merci à tous. Un seul regret, ne pas avoir pu laisser de pourboire, nous n'avions que la CB, on repassera ????

Un instant, une parenthèse sur l'hermine, ambiance aussi sympathique , galettes sublimement cuisinées tant salées que sucrées.
Merci pour ces réminiscences gustatives, mettant en éveil tous nos sens, tel un moment à" la madeleine de Proust "que nous avons chacun en nous....
