Old-fashioned bistro in Saint-Briac-sur-Mer concocting roasted langoustines, "chimichurri" grilled pork belly, etc.
With its stone exterior and typical house, its old-fashioned interior with a large zinc floor and photographs of Juliette and Quentin's ancestors, you're immediately plunged into childhood or a timeless universe. This old-fashioned bistro has all the makings of a good little address. In terms of cuisine, the œuf cocotte with Brie de Meaux rubs shoulders with razor clams au gratin with parmesan and tarragon, while the "chimichurri" grilled pork belly is a welcome addition to the pan-fried squid with parsley, and roasted langoustines. A delightful address for all taste buds.
