In terms of cuisine, the œuf cocotte with Brie de Meaux rubs shoulders with razor clams au gratin with parmesan and tarragon, while the "chimichurri" grilled pork belly is a welcome addition to the pan-fried squid with parsley, and roasted langoustines.
