He proposes an innovative quality cuisine, sublimely elaborated with beautiful local products from small local producers. Taste, among others, a lamb from the bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, butter master of Hotel and salt of Guérande or a Cotriade in his way with smoked breast and trufferade, finally, succumb to the Crème brûlée with orange and "Grand Marnier".

Nous avons apprécié cet agréable déjeuner avec des plats qui nous ont régalé. Le carpaccio de poisson était excellent Il est très agréable de trouver encore des restaurateurs avec ce niveau.
