Christophe Gestin, Olivier Roellinger's former chef, welcomes you to this beautiful establishment which houses permanent exhibitions of local artists. He proposes an innovative quality cuisine, sublimely elaborated with beautiful local products from small local producers. Taste, among others, a lamb from the bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, butter master of Hotel and salt of Guérande or a Cotriade in his way with smoked breast and trufferade, finally, succumb to the Crème brûlée with orange and "Grand Marnier".

Open all year round. Tuesday to Saturday for lunch and dinner; Sunday lunch. Menus from 37 € to 57 €. Children's menu: 17 € (up to 20 years old! 14 € without the starter). Lunch formula : 18 € (from Tuesday to Friday. Vegetarian menu : 27 €). Restaurant voucher. Groups welcome (up to 90 persons on reservation).

Davvero un buon ristorante , menu 69 a 59.90 eccellente varie portate di ottima fattezza, buono anche l'agnello di Mont San Michelle motivo essenziale per il quale ci siamo recati presso questo ristorante visto che in zona oltre che molluschi, patatine fritte non si mangia.buono anche il vino.complimenti.
