Founded in 1936, Le Privilege retains its soul while offering a chic and cowardly decor for its 28 rooms and the entire establishment. Each has its character, its universe and offers beautiful spaces. You can spend one night or more in the room "Flocon de Lune", the room "Atelier sur Seine", or the room "Prestige Zen". Surrounded by a stunning view of the park and the chapel, the Privilege is nestled in a green setting, situated in the countryside between Rennes and Vitré. Don't worry when you arrive, you're on the right track. The hotel has a spa with boiling bath and fitness room to combine form and relaxation at this stage which is also gastronomic. The house is also known for its refined restaurant which makes fresh and inventive achievements. On the menu during our visit: Saint-Jacques snacked, potibrown muslin and roasted squash seed with smoked salt; needles of Saint Peter, confit fennel, chorizo and lemon cream; citrus pie and pepper of Timut, almond cream with hazelnut and crispy butter/sugar. A parade of exquisite flavors! Privilege is also an ideal place for receptions and weddings. Please note: The menus at 24 € or 34 € can be accommodated, for 5 € further, with a refined cheese plate specially chosen for you.
