In Maen Roch (formerly Saint-Brice en Cogles), it is easy to eat well. This is evidenced by the happy faces of the diners as well as the crowds in the Surcouf, the cosy restaurant of the Hotel Le Lion d'Or. Between modernity and tradition, the gourmet restaurant offers a seasonal cuisine enhanced with local products, which does not lack creativity! The cod back is sublimated by a Roscoff onion cream, the Black Angus rib steak is adorned with iodized flavours with salicornia, and the desserts often find a beautiful regionalist anchorage: Creusois, Catalan cream... The product is featured in beautiful plates in ochre or black porcelain. The cellar offers a beautiful selection of wines in all budgets. You can enjoy a delicious Quincy like a prestigious Margaux from 1997 or a Saint-Estephe from 1996. From Monday to Friday, the bistro Le Chateaubriand offers a delicious bistro cuisine. The prices are very affordable in view of the quality. And we would be happy to stay and enjoy the hotel services.

Le restaurant est excellent, beaucoup de soin est apporté par le chef sur chaque plat, tout ceci pour un prix dès plus correct.
Me concernant, le seul bémol serai pour l’absence de prise à proximité du lit dans la chambre.
