Article acheté en magasin pour un Anniversaire. Pas au goût de ma femme, ils ont refusé l’échange alors que d’autres articles dans le magasin nous plaisaient. Aucun sens du commerce, pas à l’écoute de leur clientèle, plus jamais je n’y mettrai les pieds. A fuir !

super magasin mais apres vente tres moyen
ayant dépassé 4000 euros d'achat au magasin ,j'ai eu un souci avec une table dont le plateau s'est décolé et après analyse ,il s'est avéré que' c'etait du à un mauvais réglage des pieds de table en usine; Milome a accepté de changer le plateau à ses frais!!!! mais m'a imposé de payer 150 euros de frais de transport si je voulais être dépanné,alors que c'est un défaut à regler avec leur fournisseur ou poseur et qui me restent en travers de la gorge.
