The Young Girl with a Pearl, freshly redesigned, on one of the paintings is a reflection of the chef's cuisine: fresh, creative and modern! At random from the menu: shellfish risotto bisque and line haddock, duck breast with cider sauce, Asian beef tartar... If the establishment is quite large (the number of place settings is large), behind it is a family history that cultivates the art of good food and good taste.
