Instead of the former restaurant La Robiquette, Restaurant Les Halles enjoys a privileged location at the gateway to Rennes. The market cuisine offered for lunch offers a beautiful service in a cosy and contemporary setting. The Young Girl with a Pearl, freshly redesigned, on one of the paintings is a reflection of the chef's cuisine: fresh, creative and modern! At random from the menu: shellfish risotto bisque and line haddock, duck breast with cider sauce, Asian beef tartar... If the establishment is quite large (the number of place settings is large), behind it is a family history that cultivates the art of good food and good taste.

Très beau restaurant avec un accueil agréable. Jolie carte mais toujours pas de plats végétariens. On retrouve bien une entrée végétarienne mais ensuite plus aucune proposition végé pour le plat et d'un point de vue écologique et moral, on est en retard...
Personnels très sympa au plaisir d'y revenir si la carte évolue.

Visiter pendant le déjeuner et ils sont très accommodants. Le responsable du service est très sympathique et capable de communiquer dans un anglais simple.
Le choix de la nourriture est bon. Le plat principal est délicieux, dommage que l'accompagnement soit un peu salé.
