Réservation non honorée, train manqué
Service catastrophique. Début août, je commande un taxi pour le lendemain afin de me rendre à la gare et prendre un train. La réservation est prise. Le jour J à l’heure convenue, aucun taxi ne vient. Je rappelle les Taxis Rennais en panique et la standardiste me dit qu’aucun taxi n’a pris la course et que je n’en aurai pas. Je rate mon train et dois racheter des billets. Ne faites surtout pas appel aux Taxis Rennais si vous avez un rendez-vous urgent ou un train ou avion à prendre.
