AUX PIGEONS BLANCS
Restaurant with terrace offering a brasserie-restaurant formula and a couscous or cassoulet.
The restaurant Les Pigeons blancs has experienced new youth since October. The restaurant with three rooms with a capacity of 180 seats and a nice terrace at the rear of the hotel offers two different atmospheres. In the first room, the mosaics reflect the seniority of the address while the other rooms have a modern decoration with grey and blue chairs, parquet and wooded panels as well as white tables. Karine and Ludovic Piel took over the address in 2016, giving him a nice shot with concerts on Friday evening, horse music on Thursdays and many evenings on weekends. The kitchen has changed dramatically: Ludovic attended a training at the hotel High school in Saint-Méen-le-Grand and numerous experiences in Paris and Rennes which bring to his kitchen his lot of tradition. French cuisine comes with dishes like roasted guinea fowl, Thai sauce, Thai sauce or seafood and mushrooms. As for desserts, you can crack with lemon cream or caramel pepper. Every day there are two formulas proposed each lunchtime: A bistro formula with buffet, a brasserie-restaurant formula with two dishes of the day. Every Thursday, the restaurant offers a specialty such as couscous, paella or cassoulet. An address that is renewed and is perfect for a family holiday or seminar.
