Created in 1999, Mira-Baï is specialized in Indian dance. There you will find classical Indian dance classes, inspired by sacred dances, but also folk dance that sets in motion episodes of daily life and finally so-called modern Indian dance, popularized by the musicals "Bollywood". And you can even discover the Bollytonic... The courses take place at the Olympe de Gouges gymnasium in Saint-Jacques-de-la-Lande or in the premises of the association de La Tour d'Auvergne. For young and old, beginners or advanced level, you will find the rhythms and lessons in harmony with your Karma. A change of scenery is guaranteed. Summer internships are also organized during the holidays.
