Since April 2023, Léa and Damien have been at the helm of this institution. It's the first establishment they've run together, after a number of successful experiences. In the kitchen, young chef Damien, a member of the Eurotoques association, works with finesse on local, seasonal produce. His semi-gastronomic dishes are each more graphic and appetizing than the last! His specialties? Braised langoustines with Saint-Lunaire seaweed and wood-fired beef fillet, asparagus and truffle jus.
