In addition to its traditional seasonal cuisine, the Décollé restaurant offers panoramic views over Saint-Lunaire, Dinard and the Bay of Saint-Malo. An incredible asset! On the plates, gourmet dishes focus on fish and seafood: sea bream fillet with fresh sage, seafood sauerkraut, scallop and prawn plancha, shellfish coulis or, for those who prefer meat, lamb mouse with thyme-rosemary jus. An excellent address, where it's important to make a reservation to enjoy every aspect.
