Between Japan and Saint-Malo, there's the Breizh café counter, showcasing the recipes of Bertrand Larcher. After Cancale, Paris and Tokyo, here too you'll find a marriage between Brittany and Japan, with quality products and original galettes. Bib gourmand in 2023, simplicity and good taste have once again been rewarded, and for good reason: Bordier butter and Roellinger spices are among the chef's superb creations. We love the Basque cured ham, organic mirror egg, comté cheese and seasonal vegetables. Very good and not to be missed.

Le temple de la galette gastronomique. Allez-y pour la qualité des ingrédients (beurre bordier, épices Roellinger, andouille fermière, sarrasin bio maison, sélection de cidres artisanaux pointus …), leur démarche (inspiration japonaise, Sarrazin et légumes produits dans leur ferme …), l’ambiance bois brut et matériaux nobles. C’est beau, bon, raffiné et gourmand.

Adresse très surfaite. C'est très bien de vouloir travailler de nobles produits. Encore faut-il savoir les accommoder et les assaisonner. L'addition a aussi laissé un goût amer au regard du service et de la qualité proposés.
