Bib gourmand in 2023, simplicity and good taste have once again been rewarded, and for good reason: Bordier butter and Roellinger spices are among the chef's superb creations. We love the Basque cured ham, organic mirror egg, comté cheese and seasonal vegetables. Very good and not to be missed.
