Kamel and Kamel offer home couscous, barbecue, méchouis, tajines… accompanied by wines from Algeria or Morocco. The Talamara is a trip to spices and typical Algerian and Kabyles dishes. Désolé pour certains, ce restaurant est remarquable; dans le couscous tout est bon: le bouillon, les légumes, la semoule légère et aérée, les brochettes, les merguez, les boulettes (remarquables de saveur), … Tout était cuit à point, ce qui est rare. Le personnel a été aux petits soins; j'avais choisi un assortiment à emporter pour six; le restaurateur m'a prêté un couscoussier, l'a rendu hermétique pour le transport en voiture. J'en ai parlé à mes amis malouins que j'avais invités; tous étaient unanimes sur la qualité de ce restaurant, probablement le meilleur couscous de Saint-Malo (bien que d'autres ne déméritent pas et sont aussi très bons).
