On the spot, the pies come in original flavors that change every week: roasted squash, bacon and hazelnuts or carrots, apples and curry. On the menu, homemade dishes made from fresh and local products: quiches, salads, soups and gourmet desserts. The furniture has been found or made from pallets and zero plastic waste is the rule. Exhibitions and a healthy grocery store complete the whole.
