The quality of the products and their origin are at the heart of the chef's art, with dishes such as a filet of Saint-Pierre with creamy risotto and seasonal shellfish or even a guinea fowl ballotine stuffed with seasonal vegetables. Juste peut être un peu vieillissant ????
Les 65 personnes du stage de bridge étaient parquées en bout de salle à manger, serrées comme des harengs , assises à des tables rectangulaires d'ou on ne pouvait pratiquement pas bouger. Aucun espace entre ces tables, ce qui fait que les serveurs étaient obligés de faire passer les assiettes entre nos mains pendant tout le repas. Seul le dessert était de qualité.
