Located on the5th floor of the France et Chateaubriand hotel, this restaurant offers an exceptional 360° view of the sea, the castle, the port and the old town. In a contemporary and relaxed atmosphere, you will enjoy a careful cuisine, resulting from the return of the market and fishing. The quality of the products and their origin are at the heart of the chef's art, with dishes such as a filet of Saint-Pierre with creamy risotto and seasonal shellfish or even a guinea fowl ballotine stuffed with seasonal vegetables. The selection of wines offered is very refined.

L'intérieur commence a vieillir mais la chambre était parfaite.
Un petit bémol car le personnel n'a jamais pu faire fonctionner la télé. Ça reste un détail.
Les 2 restaurants étaient très bien.
Très belle bâtisse.
Aurait besoin quand même d'un petit rafraîchissement et d'un ménage un peu plus soigné.
Sinon super qualité prix.
