Located on the5th floor of the France et Chateaubriand hotel, this restaurant offers an exceptional 360° view of the sea, the castle, the port and the old town. In a contemporary and relaxed atmosphere, you will enjoy a careful cuisine, resulting from the return of the market and fishing. The quality of the products and their origin are at the heart of the chef's art, with dishes such as a filet of Saint-Pierre with creamy risotto and seasonal shellfish or even a guinea fowl ballotine stuffed with seasonal vegetables. The selection of wines offered is very refined.

Accoutumés de cet hôtel, nous avons été très déçus de l'accueil. La personne avait de très gros problèmes d'élocution avec un fort accent difficilement compréhensible. De plus, nous avons attendu qu'il termine son appel personnel pour qu'il daigne bien nous communiquer le code wifi... Pour le reste, tout était parfait comme d'habitude, en revanche, nous ne sommes pas certains de revenir si le service continue de se dégrader...

Loved this hotel. Im giving it a 5* because they sure don’t deserve 3.9. The place is very nice, full of history beautiful views, amazing location, the rooms where nice and clean with all the amenities. For sure is not your modern “ikea” all the same, looking hotel. Its got story and personality and i loved it.

Emplacement idéal pour se balader .
Hôtel refait et à la décoration très soignée surtout au rdc
Petit déjeuner correct au prix raisonnable
Il faut néanmoins revoit l'accueil et la propreté du bar ( les tables sont sales , jamais nettoyées d un client à l autre)
