He renews himself with each season, while giving you eight Bordier butters with surprising flavors at the beginning of your meal. You'll love the sea bass à la plancha, chestnuts and trumpets of death with buckwheat butter or the mallard with spicy caramel and Espelette pepper butter.

Tout est bon, produits frais, belle présentation, mais il manquait cette petite chose en plus, cette petite touche d'originalité que j'attendais au vu des prix affichés.
