Idyllic location for this beautiful, cosy and modern restaurant, wonderfully situated on the dike of the Sillon. You can enjoy an exceptional view from the terrace furnished with large solid wood tables. The chef Michaël creates a classic and revisited market cuisine. There is a menu with a beautiful combination of dishes, a very nice presentation of the plates and a little extra, a wine list well advised by Cindy, the sommelier from the Jura. A perfect wine and food pairing. Crunchy scallops from the côte à la Morteau and candied Roscoff onions, roasted red mullet fillet in satay with fresh vegetables and Thai foam or Paris-brest en un éclair, the chef's speciality, are just a small glimpse of the delights that await you at this very good table. The lobster ravioli are a great success! A discreet and friendly staff. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.
