Warm atmosphere, modern decor and refined cuisine are the key words of this restaurant with its contemporary architecture.

This atypical loft offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The superb terrace offers a sublime viewpoint, situated between the Pointe de la Varde and the Pointe du Grouin, close to the Rochers Sculptés. It's a feast for the eyes and the taste buds. The cuisine is succulent and inventive, with seasonal produce orchestrated by the talented Chef Béruel. Grilled lobster with Kari gosse, half-cooked and half-smoked salmon with black sesame emulsion or sweetbreads with celery mousseline. A must-try!

Jamais déçus...
Ce restaurant ravit nos papilles à chaque séjour à Saint-Malo. Habitués des sejours en basse saison nous étions un peu inquiets de ce passage en pleine saison touristique mais avons étés vite rassurés... cuissons magnifiques et personnel toujours aussi gentil et attentif.

Le panorama ne fait pas tout...
Établissement à l'architecture et à la décoration modernes, ouvert sur un très beau panorama. L'ambiance y est guindée et froide. L'accueil n'est cependant pas à la hauteur de ce qui est annoncé. Du fait d'une mauvaise gestion des réservations en ligne sur le site du restaurant, nous n'avons finalement pas pu déjeuner. La responsable a préféré laisser un jeune serveur gérer cette situation. Il nous a été indiqué qu'il eût mieux valu réserver par téléphone. Pas la moindre excuse, pas la moindre recherche de solution, pas le moindre geste commercial pour une future visite...
Nous sommes choqués et très déçus.
À noter de plus que les mesures de sécurité sanitaires n'étaient pas respectées par le serveur (sans masque).
