Thierry Guitter, master restaurateur, offers a remarkable traditional Breton cuisine, mainly based on seafood, namely fish, live lobsters from the fishpond, seafood platters and other fresh regional products. Its menu is a must, simple with a touch of originality. The amateurs of plates and platters of seafood, of fish soup as well as of a sauerkraut of the sea with 3 fish beurre blanc will be happy in this place: everything is perfectly realized there. Bon accueil et salle agréable , bien assis . Très bon rapport qualité/prix pour le menu à 31€ du soir . Présentation soignée et délicate des assiettes . Produits frais , recettes traditionnelles avec une pointe d'originalité . Service chaleureux et amicale . Nous recommandons vivement .

Repas dimanche midi très réussi avec des plats originaux et très bien réalisés : un délice de l'entrée au dessert.
Les plats sont magnifiquement dressés et le service est de bonne qualité.
C'est une excellente adresse à recommander les yeux fermés !

Une très bonne table de St Malo. C'est un peu cher, mais ça vaut le coup : je recommande les ris de veau. Service impeccable et raffiné. Excellents desserts. Et c'est sur le sillon, très bien pour une petite promenade digestive !
