The menu is renewed daily, and there are many specialities: skate with hazelnut butter, monkfish, or cooked lobsters, without forgetting the famous calf's head whose reputation is well established. The establishment also gives pride of place to exquisitely fresh seafood. The restaurant is of course open to non-residents of the hotel to which it belongs. Excellent value for money.
