It benefits from an exceptional location on the Sillon dike with a view of the sea from the terrace or the room. You will love the generous and gourmet market cuisine sublimated by the chef at a good quality-price ratio. Enjoy the Seaside menu with dishes such as fishermen's godaille, beer-cumin cabbage, mushroom ragoustinette... A very nice address!

Nous avons dîné au restaurant de l’hôtel où nous résidions pour profiter des grandes marées. A l’abri dans la véranda la vue directe sur la mer assure le spectacle, les plats sont savoureux (plus particulièrement les jus), coup de cœur pour le dessert original aux inspirations asiatiques ????, personnel très attentif et prévenant.... bref, un bon moment savouré entre amis

Très belle découverte! Beaucoup d'idées dans l'association des saveurs. Une mention spéciale au Chef pour ses sauces, visiblement il aime travailler les jus. Et la cuisson de la bécasse était parfaite! Bref, l'une des meilleures tables de Saint-Malo! Pensez à réserver...
