Behind the Gare Maritime de la Bourse, the restaurant boasts a superb view of Saint-Malo and the Môle des Noires. An incredible panorama from which to sample maritime and local produce. A vast, gourmet menu: scallop skewer with smoked salt butter and butternut purée, lobster from the Breton coast roasted in butter and seaweed, as well as several seafood platters and duck breast, cooked at low temperature, rosemary sauce with grenaille potatoes. An address not to be missed for its view and its dishes.
