Behind the Bourse ferry terminal, the restaurant boasts a superb view of Saint-Malo and the Môle des Noires: a pleasure! Products from the Breton coast and local produce are magnified with pretty combinations: skewer of snacked scallops, yuzu butter and squash purée. Seafood is also given pride of place, with specialties such as cotriade de la mer with shellfish cream or local sauerkraut. Fish, meat, mussels, seafood platters: happiness is in the plate.

Très très bon repas, que ce soit de l'entrée jusqu'au dessert ! Une vue magnifique sur l'océan et Saint Malo à la fois. Serveurs à l'écoute ainsi qu'une attention particulière car ils nous ont mis une petite bougie pour l'anniversaire de mon copain que j'avais précisé uniquement sur la note de la réservation.
