Behind the Bourse ferry terminal, the restaurant boasts a superb view of Saint-Malo and the Môle des Noires: a pleasure! Products from the Breton coast and local produce are magnified with pretty combinations: skewer of snacked scallops, yuzu butter and squash purée. Seafood is also given pride of place, with specialties such as cotriade de la mer with shellfish cream or local sauerkraut. Fish, meat, mussels, seafood platters: happiness is in the plate.

Super endroit, très accueillant, une cuisine avec beaucoup de cuisson basse température et plus de goût. La vue est extraordinaire (sur St Malo, ou sur la mer). Je recommande, en précisant qu'il faut chercher un peu l'entrée du restaurant, qui est, on ne plus discrète. Vous ne tomberez pas dessus par hasard...
