Behind the Bourse ferry terminal, the restaurant boasts a superb view of Saint-Malo and the Môle des Noires: a pleasure! Products from the Breton coast and local produce are magnified with pretty combinations: skewer of snacked scallops, yuzu butter and squash purée. Seafood is also given pride of place, with specialties such as cotriade de la mer with shellfish cream or local sauerkraut. Fish, meat, mussels, seafood platters: happiness is in the plate.

Un emplacement de rêve, avec vue dégagée sur la mer et les remparts. La salle est spacieuse, le service attentif et rapide (mais pas trop), l'ambiance discrète et chaleureuse.
