This restaurant, nestled in the inner-city district of Saint-Malo, cultivates the spirit of an auberge, which is the meaning ofostaleri in Breton. The furniture and plates are vintage, and the interior was redecorated in 2022 to create a warm atmosphere. The staff are dynamic and friendly. As for the dishes, they pay homage to French gastronomy (chef Jérôme Rousselot attended the Ferrandi school): mimosa egg, beef cheek confit, roast filet of Saint-Pierre, "assiette de l'écailler". Seafood is never far away.
