Restaurant, with cuisine by chef Jérôme Rousselot and a dynamic team, located in the intramural district of Saint-Malo.

This restaurant, located in Saint-Malo's inner-city district, cultivates the spirit of an auberge (which is the meaning ofostaleri in Breton). The furniture and plates are vintage, and the interior was redecorated in 2022 to create a warm atmosphere. The staff are dynamic and friendly. As for the dishes, they are a tribute to French gastronomy (chef Jérôme Rousselot attended the Ferrandi school): mimosa egg, beef cheek confit, roast filet of Saint-Pierre, "assiette de l'écailler". Seafood is never far away.

Bonne cuisine bistrot
Très bon accueil , simple et chaleureux . Cuisine de produits frais . Assiettes copieuses . Le Fish and chips est un régal , avec sa sauce maison . Et j'ai failli caler sur le trop gourmand feuilleté au chocolat ! Bon rapport qualité / prix ... Donc je recommande , pour un déjeuner solo , en duo ou entre amis .
