This restaurant, located in Saint-Malo's inner-city district, cultivates the spirit of an auberge (which is the meaning ofostaleri in Breton). The furniture and plates are vintage, and the interior was redecorated in 2022 to create a warm atmosphere. The staff are dynamic and friendly. As for the dishes, they are a tribute to French gastronomy (chef Jérôme Rousselot attended the Ferrandi school): mimosa egg, beef cheek confit, roast filet of Saint-Pierre, "assiette de l'écailler". Seafood is never far away.

De l'entrée au dessert, chaque aliment est savoureux, les associations sont bien pensées. Les végétariens peuvent se régaler, plat généreux et savoureux. Merci à lequipe en cuisine ! Et une mention spéciale aux 2 serveurs de ce midi, souriants, serviables, avenants, disponibles. Nos garçons mettent 5 étoiles aussi pour leurs fish and chips ! Nous vous remercions !
