Restaurant, with cuisine by chef Jérôme Rousselot and a dynamic team, located in the intramural district of Saint-Malo.

This restaurant, located in Saint-Malo's inner-city district, cultivates the spirit of an auberge (which is the meaning ofostaleri in Breton). The furniture and plates are vintage, and the interior was redecorated in 2022 to create a warm atmosphere. The staff are dynamic and friendly. As for the dishes, they are a tribute to French gastronomy (chef Jérôme Rousselot attended the Ferrandi school): mimosa egg, beef cheek confit, roast filet of Saint-Pierre, "assiette de l'écailler". Seafood is never far away.

Quelle bonne surprise ! Repris il y’a quelques mois par une nouvelle équipe de passionnés du goût , nous avons passé un moment merveilleux dans cet endroit historique (placé sous le chemin de ronde intra-muros de St Malo).restaurant très proche des parkings ce qui est un énorme avantage. Et une cuisine française exceptionnelle, copieuse, à un prix très raisonnable. L’accueil est chaleureux et personnalisé pour chaque client. Ce qui dénote franchement avec les restaurants qui sont là pour faire du chiffre…
Je recommande la joue de bœuf, le coquelet, la saucisse au jus de cochon.La sélection de vins au verre est impressionnante ( beaucoup de bio). Nous avons été accueilli par Thiebault et Fernand et on reviendra bien vite.. je recommande

Nous étions 3 adultes et une enfant de 2 ans, sans réservation. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement. Une chaise haute était disponible pour ma fille, à qui l’on a don’é de quoi dessiner.
Tout était délicieux, y compris le saucisse purée du menu enfant.
Un sans faute du début à la fin, bravo, et merci !
