Baptiste and Emeline run this bistronomic restaurant and wine bar in the heart of Saint-Servan. Tandem offers an authentic cuisine with a very good food and wine pairing. Small bistro dishes (braised beef shank stuffed with foie gras or cod steak with small vegetables) and nibbles (boards and tapenade) are a real delight. The products are local and seasonal and the wines are from biodynamic agriculture. Dishes and desserts are proposed every day and in the evening, aperitif planks to accompany wine. A delicious address.
