Laurence Galton and Sébastien Heurte know how to make the intermission an exceptional moment appreciated by all. Their bistronomic cuisine is seductive, with three proposals of starters, main courses and desserts that vary with the seasons. The menu is mouth-watering, and it's easy to be tempted by a retour de pêche, mousseline de pralines, sauce vierge and petits légumes, or a noix de veau with roquefort, vegetables, buckwheat and coffee cream. The result is an inventive cuisine that combines originality and balance: gourmets will appreciate it.

Le meilleur repas à Saint-Malo, peut-être même en Bretagne ? Blague à part, il manque ici l'étoile Michelin ! Tellement délicieux !!! Et le service aimable n'a pas son pareil. Nous avons mangé un tartare de saumon, un tataki de bœuf charolais, un risotto aux coquilles Saint-Jacques, une noix de veau, un cheesecake et une soupe à la mangue. Tout était excellent. Et de superbes vins blancs ! A aller absolument manger chez eux à Saint-Malo !!!

Réservation prise sur internet,très suivi avec des rappels réguliers, accueil du restaurant très sympa, personnel agréable et les plats étaient très goûteux, bien assaisonnés. Je recommande ce restaurant.
