On 4 floors with elevator, it reveals its fully equipped and comfortable apartments (microwave, dishwasher, TV, balcony with garden furniture except for the 4 studios on the top floor). To help you enjoy your stay, Ty Mat offers various services (outdoor heated swimming pool from June to late September, playground for children, games room, table tennis, board games rentals, bike storage ), with some of them charged (phone, pool, laundry, car park).

La résidence est située au calme . Elle est propre et très bien entretenue. Le personnel est sympathique et serviable. Elle possède un parking privé.

Pour une famille de 4 personnes une situation idéale pour garer sa voiture et faire des courses. La ville de Saint-Servan est vraiment agréable et chargée d'histoire (Tour Solidor, musée de la guerre, randonnées à Proximité, plages toutes proches avec le port). Saint-Malo est à 15 minutes à pied et le ferry pour Jersey à 10 minutes. Un bon plan hors saison et cela reste intéressant en été.

the renovated residence with nine is perfect for a weekend or holidays. the apartment are spacious and quiet and comfortable. close to any trade and 2 minutes to the beach.
