Sur le site on nous annonce -30% mais sur la carte ... on nous propose le plat du jour sans nous apporter de carte ... on demande la carte. On prends ce que l on peux car choix seulement sur une page le soir L andouille était super ! Gros bémol pour le plat de gnocchi au parmesan au lard de la ferme des aubriais .... on m apporte le plat et on me dit y a plus de lard .... moi bon ok .... mais 11,50 pour 10 gnocchis ça fait un peu cher .... 2 buffets de desserts et à l addition même pas un geste pour le plat qui était sans viande ( a part les 30% annoncé mais pas sur la totalité) Ça reste un bon rapport qualité prix Serveuse sympathique

Franchement cet hôtel, nous en gardons un très bon souvenir.
Le personnel est très accueillant, et se met en quatre pour vous satisfaire.
Pour des vacances au alentours de Saint Malo, je retourne dans cet hôtel, c'est certain.

The hotel is very well, clean, comfortable, peaceful, the staff is very welcoming. However, have been eating in the restaurant of the hotel: very disappointing. On their site, they say: " The chef prepares generous cuisine, gourmet and tasty. Dishes from the restaurant Saint-Malo are created using fresh produce, in accordance with our beautiful region of St Malo and according to the four seasons. Le Chef du Transat makes a point of adjusting cooking and seasoning of its dishes. Also, the accompaniments which theirs are combined are very harmonieux."
We were served very quickly, I think it was all rental. The entrance of the day, a flight with the wind fish was tasteless and the flight with the wind was far from the fact house.
All was tasteless, bland and felt the dish very rental. The sauces were flat as well as fish. We were deeply disappointed meal for a 3 star hotel. The restaurant is not recommended absolutely!
