This is part of the 2017 workcamps initiated by the Saint-Malo Town Hall: the rehabilitation of the former Surcouf cinema in Saint-Servan. The site has been transformed into a complex of multipurpose rooms independent of the Bouvet Theatre. This space of more than 600 m2 includes the current rooms (Bouvet and Charcot) as well as a new room (former Surcouf cinema). It also offers a reception area, changing rooms, sanitary facilities, a kitchen) and additional premises. The completely transformed rooms are at the disposal of the associations. They can organize meetings, general assemblies and shows.
