TRIBUNAL DE GRANDE INSTANCE
A new courthouse opened in May 2018. The structure has left its intramural setting to move into new buildings on Aristide-Briand Street. Less cramped, the court has a surface area of 2,880 m2 and accommodates 80 civil servants and magistrates. It consists of three public hearing rooms: 2 mixed hearing rooms dedicated to civil and criminal cases, and one civil hearing room. As a reminder, hearings, when they do not concern minors, are open to the public, provided that silence is respected during the session and that they are systematically raised when the judge arrives in the room...
