SAINT ANNE'S ROSE GARDEN
A remarkable rose garden in the former kitchen garden of the convent of Sainte-Anne, it is a beautiful walk out of time.
The rose garden is a beautiful walk out of time. Located in the former vegetable garden of the Sainte-Anne convent, this ornamental garden, of medieval inspiration, is surrounded by convents and monasteries. It is composed of two main families of plants: rosebushes (no less than 2,500 rosebushes for 150 varieties of roses) and perennial plants for pleasure and condiments. The oldest rose "Cuisse de nymphe" dates from 1797. We also discover the rose "Reflets de Saint-Malo" which has won several awards in France and abroad.
