In Saint-Méloir-des-Ondes, seafood with a signature dish: lobster with cocoa, three Mexican peppers and sherry!
This two-star restaurant is housed in a 1920s villa, the Château Richeux, overlooking the sea and with a view of Mont Saint-Michel. Hugo Roellinger, celebrated on the coast for the refinement of his cuisine, honors the culinary arts here, like his father, Olivier, before him. With the "Au gré du vent et de la lune" and "A l'abri des flots" menus, the chef takes his guests on a poetic journey, with ten to twelve courses. He sublimates only fish and shellfish, enhanced with spices and other laminaria digitata. An iodized culinary promenade of the highest order.
