In Saint-Méloir-des-Ondes, seafood with a signature dish: lobster with cocoa, three Mexican peppers and sherry!
This Michelin-starred restaurant, known as Coquillage, is located in a 1920s villa, Château Richeux, overlooking the sea and with a view of Mont Saint-Michel. Hugo Roellinger, celebrated on the coast for the refinement of his cuisine, honors the culinary arts here. On the menu, a succession of delights throughout the service. As the winds and the moon blow (first menu), but also sheltered from the waves (second menu), we savor marvels such as a pearly-smoked saint-pierre accompanied by an emulsion of octopus tentacle, cauliflower and black cardamom. Magnificent!

Le bonheur de boire un verre dans le jardin, vue sur Cancale et tout à coup, au détour d'un regard, il m'apparaît....Le Mont, dans la brume...je suis sans voix !!!
Et puis on passe aux choses sérieuses et là c'est un festival !!!
Les plats, tous orientés vers la mer sont plus savoureux les uns que les autres, un vrai délice du début à la fin et un spectacle pour les yeux, accompagné d'un service impeccable, bravo à tous !!!
Ne manquez pas cette institution à St Méloir (réservation indispensable), un pur moment de grâce.
