Gourmet Inn with terrace serving signature dishes and other regional delights.
Between Rennes and Saint-Malo, La Vieille Auberge has been a haven of tranquillity since 1964. This beautiful 17th-century building, bordered by a private pond, unveils a bucolic terrace, as if time had stood still. In winter, a wood fire crackles in the cosy dining room. Enjoy the signature dishes of iconic chef J.-M. Leffondré, such as lobster flambé, or other delights honoring French cuisine (caille au Chanteloup grillée crapaudine, pêche miel de romarin et grenailles, filet de boeuf poêlé au poivre de Malabar...). The desserts are not to be outdone, like the crispy raspberry mille-feuille with red fruit mascarpone cream. A no-brainer.
