PEU PROFESSIONNEL ACCUEIL LAISSE A DESIRER
L'entreprise était bien tenue lorsque son fondateur était en activité. Depuis le changement, les désagréments ont été nombreux:
L'accueil lors de la prise de rendez-vous est très peu professionnel, nous avons le sentiment de déranger, le
contact très désagréable, les rendez-vous sont très approximatifs...le professionnalisme laisse à désirer. Une
tension palpable entre les collaborateurs. La priorité est donnée à la rentabilité et tant pis pour le SAV .
Je tiens à préciser que les techniciens sur le terrain sont irréprochables mais soufrent sans aucun doute d'une
ambiance tendue et peu confiante. Y-a-t-il un CHEF? aucune réponse à de nombreuses réclamations formulées
par courriers. Dommage car l'esprit de proximité d'entreprise familiale laissé par le fondateur a complètement
disparu! Bon courage à ceux qui s'aventureraient ...
