Located in the heart of Vitré, this crêperie works with flour from the Moulin de la Fatigue, which is produced a few blocks away. The new owner has re-established a short menu of crepes and galettes at low prices as well as a few burgers and salads. Apart from the classics, there are a dozen tasty recipes: fish according to the tide, julienne of vegetables, lemon sauce with herbs... Discover the Normandy pancake with its caramelized apples flambéed with Calvados, its salted butter caramel and its vanilla ice cream.

En visite à Vitré, nous avons déjeuné dans ce charmant restaurant. Une table en extérieur sur une terrasse. Sous une belle liane de kiwis. L'accueil et le service très agréables. Les plats servis étaient tous très bons et les galettes fines bien agrémentées.

Service extrêmement lent, en plus ils ne nous ont pas donné ce que nous avions commandé et quand nous leur avons signalé l'erreur ils n'ont pas voulu l'admettre : avec le menu à la main ! Trop peu de personnel et trop de tables. La nourriture n'était rien de plus que cela. Le cidre était bon. Nous ne le recommandons pas. Lors de notre prochaine visite, nous regarderons mieux sur Google maps.
