With his experience of working with Michelin-starred chefs, Romain's cooking is a delicate affair, relying on local producers and embracing seasonality. The plates are designed by a local ceramist and sublimate dishes such as octopus, fennel and grapefruit, or duck, polenta and cherry. Sur place nous avons été très bien reçu, personne vraiment accueillante et agréable de bout en bout du service.
Pour ce qui est de la cuisine, tout simplement magistral, les plats étaient tous délicieux, des saveurs à en couper le souffle ! Le tout parfaitement présentés, accompagner par une carte de vins de qualité.
Je ne peux que recommander, grand restaurant à en devenir.
