Arzal is a charming village in southern Morbihan, Brittany. With its 1,700 inhabitants, it offers a pleasant living environment between land and sea. The region's varied landscapes include bocage countryside to the north and the Vilaine River to the south. The dam built in 1970 has created a vast stretch of water that is home to pleasure craft upstream and a fishing fleet downstream. Arzal is also renowned for its lively marina, which offers a wide range of water sports. As well as enjoying the natural surroundings, visitors can discover the village in full bloom, with its colorful flower beds and jardinières.
