LE CAP HORN
Cap Horn is an address just the way we like them to be, passionate and generous of the reception's hospitality on the plate! And it feels so good in room where you play the Buccaneers, as on the large and beautiful terrace (covered and heated if necessary), anchored opposite the marina, good place to relax and relaxation side. On the program, a multitude of culinary delights colourful and varied, flattering the palate and awakening the senses, adapted to all budgets and all tastes like Gourmet Salads as the Retour de Ferme (mixed lettuce , tomatoes, Vendee ham, nuts, apples, goat cheese toast, sausage), beef tartar house, seafood, mussels, fish specialties (cotriade with three fish and crustacean, skewers of scallop and bacon and some fried shrimp, a la plancha sea bass and his wok vegetables...), meat (steak Sirloin of Irish Angus shallots, stir-fried beef and way Thai noodles, duck with maple syrup and cranberry chutney...) not to mention the various a la plancha dishes: rib steak, duck breast or wok, homemade hamburger, tartars and tapas. A little smart advice: sailors, do not leave the ship without having enjoyed the great gourmet coffee!
